How do I Schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by clicking our CONTACT button and the top of the screen or any of the SCHEDULE NOW links

How Do I Pay?

Upon delivery of the completed service, account invoices will be paid net 15 days

Can I Customize Packages?

Of Course. You let us know just what you need. Give us a call @ (302)-893-6689 to discuss exactly what you are looking for

How long does it take?

We know your time is valuable. We professionally process and edit each image and video 

 2D Pictures are usually available 24-36 hrs after the appointment

3D Walkthrough and Video Tours are usually available 24-48 hrs after the appointment

Floor Plans take up to 48hrs for processing

Marketing Campaign Packages are usually available 72hrs after the appointment

Can photos be re-edited?

Yes and No. We are here to help!  Images that need correction will be adjusted on a case by case basis

Can you cancel or reschedule?

Client not ready? Inclement Weather? All we ask is that you let us know before the scheduled appointment  

 

 

 

 

 

Before Your Shoot

 

 

  • Check Your email

    • we will email you to confirm the scheduled(or RESCHEDULED) appointment along with image releases (if necessary) and a service contract

  • contact the homeowner

  • prep your listing

    • stash PERSONAL ITEMS INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS, toys, AND ETC.

    • hide extension cords and cables(the best you can! don't worry too much)

    • replace any bulbs that are out to avoid oddities in photos

    • Make sure the property is clear of all objects that are not wanted in any shots before the appointment

 

After Your Shoot

  • Check Your email

    • We will contact you once your order is complete!

  • Review Your Photos, Links, Videos etc.

    • We will include a PDF with instructions for directly downloading your photos and how to use your shareable link with Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Youtube and etc.
